Additional Information : This user sold me a gaypal tool, the tool locks accounts that work because i input 3 valid accounts and they locked after running them on the tool. If you read the screenshots you can see he agreed on refunding me then told me to fuck off...

the first image is mine. I had to start the tool again but i had around 400 locked and 1 hit. This tool clearly locks the paypals soon as it attempts to login...
Second image is another customer who has the tool.
