I actually did bloodwork about 2 months ago. Everything else was fine except very low Vitamin D levels. Purchased off amazon and been taking every day since. Hopefully when i go back in 6 months they will be back in order.

Honestly, I don't think there is any correlation at all between COVID and Vitamin D, but believe what you want to believe..
Intake of vitamin D is recommended regardless which, especially if you live in a northern country.
