i am trying to change username to "TimHortons"

for some reason in control panel it says "You already have a username change request waiting."

what does this exactly mean?

it means you should really have messaged a staff member about this instead of lending out the username you want

You already have a username change request waiting.

it means your name change request has been submitted to Staff and its pending for Admin approval..

There is staff approval thing for usernames here.

WHen staff approve name u will get it
