I created order in their site on 2020-11-26 , firstly I was said that package will be send in 2-3 days, after 10 days I reached them in chat (as screens show), then I was said that package will be send by last friday, now they dont know when and if package will be send, as they stated in their thread that they have some problems with boxer. And afterall they refuse giving me refund.
* I dont want refund in their website, as I dont want to use their services anymore, I want refund directly into by btc wallet below.

for anyone trying to deal with @BikkBoi , you can see already here how impolite, emotional and rude he is. I have also few screens of he calling me stupid, dumbass etc. in chat after me opening that scam report..
I literally never used such unprofessional service that treat customers like shit.
I would love to dm your support but in 5 days I didnt receive any answer, so messaging them is pointless.

Yes imagine that after 2 weeks I would like to know what is going on with my order, especially that you charge exactly the same amount as other boxers who ship the 2nd business day and are not rude.

You clearly just found someone cheaper/that was ready to drop orr the next day and wanted to get off of the deal in the middle.

Please don't fool yourself, check my order date - 26 november, almost 2 weeks ago. Of course after 2 weeks I decided to use someone else, who will actually do what I paid for. But unfortunately not someone cheaper :) You should not treat your customers like that.. telling them that they should just wait and dont tell when when their package will be send.
At least you stated here clearly that you dont care if your customer is satisfied or not. So that if anyone does research about your service, they can see that you are not appropriate business partner.
And please, dont decide if I will be refunded or not. Let cracked.to team decide who is right here.

You clearly have some problems with yourserf. I paid for shipment, package has not been shipped in 2 weeks and you are not able to say when and if it will be send. Even though you refuse to refund. Which makes it clear SCAM. Also anyone can see in chat screens that first time when I asked for a refund was more than one week after order when you were not able to say me when and if my package will be send.
Im not going to answer you anymore in that chat because it's pointless. Im only wainting for cracked.to team.
