I buy a psn with him. The logs was invalid, so I ask for refund or replacement.

He said it was only a few dollars. So he refused the refund. Look in the feedbacks (on his sellix market) dozens of people complain about invalid accounts without replacement or refund.

He is someone who is sometimes lawful, sometimes a scammer.
