- if you want us to ship the package/s for you (you don't get them directly from Dell and you avoid bills)
- if you pay with crypto or other payment method
- if you are from US / CA or EU / ASIA / AU

1) If you purchase something from us and want directly shipping from US, we won't refund if you get billed by them.
2) You cannot ask for a refund after we started your order, if you don't want it anymore we will take at least 50% for time lost. (procent is up on us)
3) Payment is usually upfront from people that are not trusted, for people that are trusted, payment is required on tracking link or for very trusted members even when they receive the product/s.
4) Shipping time could be 3-4 days, but sometimes could get to 1 month, that is up to Dell and we cannot speed this process.
