Additional Information: I was in need of a config so I decided to join the Discord link advertised on the sales thread linked above and I created a ticket explaining what kind of config I needed, I have been requested to continue the conversation in PM with Crackdealer who has the 'Config Maker' role and his own channel. The price was 150 USD as it includes an Akamai bypass, the config had some troubles working properly and the seller has offered me a refund, however, I felt bad for his time and effort he put into creating the config so I told him I'll try to fix the config myself and if it doesn't work out we'll proceed with the refund. After all, he managed to fix it for me but the config stopped working after 6 hours, but it seemed it was on my side only, I asked for help several times but the user told me he'd get back to me when he has time, I waited for almost a week and as I didn't receive a response I asked for the refund, but I was told that it's too late now while I was actually waiting for him to get back to me to fix the config.

The user who created my config has no profile on this forum, however, it's common sense if the owner of the sales thread is being held responsible for this as you can't advertise a service under a very reputed name but have a bunch of scammers handle the clients so the actual owner can't be held responsible for the scams (I'm hereby not directly/indirectly trying to call out the owner of the sales thread or the user who made my config a scammer).

The config lasted for 6 hours and stopped working after.
It would be fair in my eyes to have a fix for this issue (as the user claims the config works fine when it does not for me while I have modified nothing) or have a refund instead if there's no help.

That is Crackdealers end not us Crackdealer sold you a config yes he is part of the team but we don't take responsibility for him. If you want a refund you have to take that up with him and in the end he sold you a working config so i don't see the issue with this. Also did you guys ever discuss a warranty because if not then he technically didn't do anything wrong. Brayden the owner for example he does 3 days unless stated otherwise but that just goes for him it depends on the seller inside of the server.

I offered him a refund when presented with it not working, as user said I was not replying, everytime asked anything I've replied when I have seen the message or have had time. I've tried fixing it on his side however it only worked for a certain amount of time and then stopped time to time. I was trying to give him a new key for our akamai gen in order to see if that could be the problem, however my dev has not replied in days so its kind of has left me tied as to being able to give a new key as he has to add them on his end and auth them. I offered him a refund when it first started giving him problems and he declined. Let me know what to do here.

I am the owner of config plug and it has come to my attention that crackdealer sold him a working config in the beginning. A warranty was never discussed between the two. I'm going to make crackdealer refund him as $150 is not a lot of money to be making a big deal out of. In my eyes, anyways please contact Brayden#8056 on discord and I will get you refunded thanks.
