Amount or Item(s) Scammed: approx $72. 2 Bundle packages of in game orbs, 1 bought account.

Additional Information: Sellers gifting service got my main league account banned. He promised to compensate me with a league account with equal value inventory to the gifts I purchased. I have not received this. Also asked for my main account details to get it unbanned, which didn't happen. Earlier when a month had passed I asked for just a refund of the initial purchases because it didn't seem he was getting me a replacement, but he convinced me otherwise. Noticed he also deletes negative feedback in his server of people complaining of account bans, but I cant prove this because didn't screenshot at the time. Another buyer messaged me complaining with same issue, I attached the screenshot that buyer sent me as well. It was the other server owner that dealt with all my tickets and communication, but i don't know if he has cto and duck is co-owner it seems and its his thread.

Bro why do you have to do this to me when i am During my exam in the next few hours, 
1. Dann#8967 Is not my discord nor is it me. That is My partner who dealt with the order?
2. I am very confused on what these screenshots show? There is Multiple people and no clue what i'm meant to be looking at? If you could break it down for me and explain to me as i have not even touched these orders Dann#8967 Dealt with them.
3. I have been doing very little in the service since i have been studying, I even put the away in my Profile. So i have no clue what this is about and am very confused why you are making a scam report me on.

Hey, I apologise Duck I appreciate it wasn't you dealing with any of my communication. I just have nowhere else to report so it is in your name. Please prioritise your exams ofcourse, but when your available talk to your partner.

I'm not reporting on behalf of the other guy, Empus. I just remembered he messaged me from the server and had same issue so I just put it in screenshots as its relevant. I haven't talked to him since and just to be clear, not asking for any compensation on his behalf, I don't know whether he was dealt with and got what he wanted. You can ignore that screenshot.

Basically, after my account got banned, your partner told me I will be compensated with replacement and then has for over a month now taken days to answer and when he does reply its "give me couple days" / "almost done".

From your screenshot Dann said "He asking to unlock his account". If you look at my screenshot with the username:password covered in blue, I did not ask for this he just told me to hand over details so he could try.

I was initially promised a replacement account with gifts/orbs in inventory of equal value to the cumulative purchases I have made.

Later I was also asked if I would be fine with a refund.

So initially the replacement was being discussed on 17/02/2021, with 19/02/2021 being "couple days max" and its now been 39 days with no replacement or refund.

I am still happy to receive the initial replacement account (with 150 orb AND 100 chest as stated by dann), if that is not possible a refund of equal value to original payment method would also be fine. Since I was offered both of these compensations at various points.

Again I apologise duck for giving you unnecessary stress during exam time, it is absolutely not you who did anything wrong here. I don't believe your partner had the express intention of scamming me, but since he chose to promise me compensation you can understand that at 40 day mark I didn't believe I was going to get anything from him if i didn't bring it to attention here.
