Additional Information: user is either partnering or running the server with a known scammer named "hooky". I just think its dumb how his post is aloud to be up when its a clear scam. He is marked on scammer alert (not relevant but user does apple b4u which if you don't live under a rock that's an obvious scam.) User is also friends with hooky based off how they chat with each other in general. There is a lot of other VERY sketchy stuff being sold on the server so you can have a look for yourself.

If you look at the thread replies he states he is not responsible for what the actions of the user he is promoting does, proxy selling at its finest
Hello. This user has a grudge of some sort against hooky as I am guessing he got scammed by him. I am not aware of this nor am I a party to this misfortune. He is simply reporting me as I am advertising a product sold by him. I am not the one that is selling, I have never known the person reporting me until today (he can provide proof as he contacted me first), and I am not working with said alleged “scanner”. You can ask alleged scammer yourself. But as far as I’m concerned, I caused to harm as I did not sell, did not scam, and did not directly offend reporter.

This is by far the most stupidest response you could have gave. YOU ARE INDEED SELLING, you were advertising HIS scam bustadice script. He is a known scammer and marked in many places. You broken the rules and regardless if you worked to scam people or not you advertised his scam server and thats ON YOU. And you should be held accountable for that and on top of that you broke the marketplace rule.

Sorry that is not proxy selling. I am not selling myself. Advertising on one's behalf is different. Also, you should take his scams up with him, not me. I will dispute this in another thread. But as of now, good day.

Fucking read the rule holy shit, its NOT ALLOWED to advertise for SOMEONE ELSE. Have fun getting banned. Last time I checked a staff member decides if you get banned not yourself.
