Additional Information: User sold me config cloud, after i tested the configs and realized close to 90% of the configs dont work, i told him i want a refund and that none of his configs worked.
i would post proof that his configs dont work but he revoked my api access

If you check the TOS you agreed to, if you decide to open a scam report, your api access will be revoked. The configs work, your proxies were fucked. On top of that, I can get everyone who has bought the cloud to vouch that the configs work. I showed you the config worked, then you went crazy and started accusing me of scamming you.
