he was a example only guy i could think off with a shit ton of scam reports but thats also not true accounthub is on here with 0 scam reports xdoer shop is on here with 0 scam reports etc

@DataTouch has a shop, and in shop there's buyers that they don't even what the product is or how to use, and when they get fail, they request replacement or refund, and they made a scam report, example : Yahoo 

if he was selling like rdp's or checkers or configs, thats may be good decision to make 10 reports = permenant DWC

yeah i just saw another scam report on him i thought of the idea in 2 minutes but obviously certain exceptions can be made if the sales thread is in accounts
