Additional Information: been over 2 weeks and user doesn't respond even after seeing my messages, our convo started in the shoutbox where he asked for a design, i told him the price and he then pm'd me.

Bro I said "water mark it" because a bunch of other people did this to me on other sites... they sent something and when I didn't want it they said i had to pay them. As you can see I have a whole other signature then the one he sent me.
This is an advanced scam. There is a service called 24k studio on discord that I bought my signature from. I can send you my other accounts on other sites for you to check my signature if you want. 
I didn't want his shitty signature.

everything went perfectly fine with me and 24k I paid the money and received the product I asked for. This dude just sent stuff without saying a price AFTER me saying I wanted it water marked.. then proceeds to say I wouldn't pay him? Yea this is more of a scam on his part.. sending a product with no protection and then saying im stealing it... all i wanted was a preview.. nothing else..

Plz show proof of us talking about price. I asked for a sample and if i liked it i would buy.
I don't scam I use this account for various backdoor purchases. I want to be professional with you but you're making it difficult. If you have proof of me saying I would pay you for a sample I would appreciate that or even if you have proof of me asking about the price at all.
You can't send someone something and expect them to buy it off rip even if they don't like it...

First of all adding a watermark wont change the fact that i spent time working on the project. second of all I literally wouldn't make it for free unless i was doing a giveaway and you won (i wasn't). So if you are saying you made me work for free, that still is a scam. Looking forward to your reply.

Well first of all I wouldn't make someone work for free, second of all if I didn't like the product i received I wouldn't ignore my dms and not tell the person to remake it. 
Anyways if this guy is so petty that he won't even pay for it I honestly don't care anymore about that 10$ he can shove it up his asscrack
