So after I made that PayPal Tutorial (check my threads if you wanna see it), a lot of people came to me talking about how exactly to use the tutorial's recommended programs. Those programs being 911.re proxies and CCleaner. A lot of it was simple shit, like where to download it, but then I realized that it actually is a tremendous pain in the ass.
This tutorial will extensively cover the programs utilities, as well as the way to get them and use them. I'll be separating them using headings so you can find the part you're looking for.
