I bought this crypter from PureCoder as it seemed to have good reputation on the forum however from the first day of using I had trouble with it, the file wouldn't work after it was crypted and the binder almost never worked (worked once) this was a very unpleasant experience and I tried to use the "Instant support chat" that didn't work as well .

After not being able to use the "Instant support chat" I politely messaged PureCoder on Telegram asking for some help, as you can see in the screenshots below he didn't seem very happy to be contacted about his software not working, without even asking anything PureCoder sent me a video of how to use the "Loader mode" on his software, that is something that I already knew how to do, after that he asked me to change the settings, I changed the settings, the crypter still didn't work, so I explained the whole situation to which he only replied: "Binder works. Uncheck once run.", not even sure what he meant by "Uncheck once run.".

I was a bit busy yesterday so I couldn't reply to that message, today when I try to open PureCrypter I put my keys in for login but the crypter doesn't even open, it just stays on the login page.

Last, Bind feature works fine for all customers.

It didn't work all day for me on 15/12 and on the 16/12 12:20am I wrote this report, I even asked you about it before but you ignored my message. https://i.imgur.com/SZm1sth.png

Regardless of that, the binder still doesn't work, I tried multiple files and multiple exes that work with other binders.

You are also clearly advertising BUILT IN INSTANT SUPPORT CHAT, https://i.imgur.com/K8UcANI.png , why didn't you mention that on your reply? It also doesn't work!

Also, I paid for a 30 day pass, but so far the crypter was down 1 day, so I am not even getting the 30 days of this half-working crypter.

I would like a refund.

1. That makes no sense, forum time zone and my telegram time zone is the same, you either can't understand that or are trying to make up excuses.
As you can see in the pictures in my previous reply you only announced it was down approx 4 hours after I made this scam report and I asked you about it (and was left on seen) aproxx 1 hour before making this post.

2. You advertised built in instant support chat, not reply in 2 days or not at all support chat on telegram.
The support chat button is in the crypter but it doesn't work, it closes itself when I open it and start writing.

3. Cracked.io rules apply here, not sellix.

4. I think we should let the Admin decide.

I want a refund.

No it couldn't be fixed over telegram, your crypter didn't work, I contacted you but you were quite rude for something that is your fault.

I won't keep arguing over the same stuff over and over again.
I also provide services on the internet and that is not the right way to speak to your customer, especially when something you're selling doesn't work.
