Hello,Me and my partner firewizard ( I’m just his chat moderator ) we been running services long time ago and everyone knows that,he bought his account true
We delivered an account that didn’t work properly true
He waited 3 days for the account and still no replacement true,but all the other clients had patience because firewizard has his personal life,exams and life situations that he has to deal with and stay inactive for a period of time
1) we still will replace the account he could have just waited instead of bringing dumb friends or something saying that our services is the worst/that he has been scammed etc..
2) he’s threatening us of making bots to ruin our server and to ruin our buisness which is 100% illegal even in here
3)These are the things that I could say atm,FireWizard has always been an honest and a cool guy who’s loved by all of his clients and the community,he will reply to this case and fix the problem and all of the parts will be happy and satisifed

I am also one of Firewizard's customers who still havent recieved what i ordered
Even though, i would like to wait and not make a dispute about that, what @ReedWizard saying is true, he may have taken a break for a few days, there is literally 0% reason for him to exit scam because he worked so hard on building this project.

first of all i didn’t i got scammed. i said he didn’t deliver and i want i bought from him in a timely manner. i didn’t even ask for a refund nor put my btc address for a refund lmao.

second, he’s been replying to me giving me a noob advice saying to login using google, put a new mobile number and etc. like come on, does he think i didn’t do all that before i contacted hom for support?

third, after i replied to him that i did all possible solutions, he ghosted me after sayong he will replace in 12 hours

fourth, don’t make excuses about busy life, i am a surgical fellow doing on call 24 hours while doing my studies but you can set aside time to do something if you want to

we actually deal with ppl that aren't familiar to accounts and this whole world they don't even know how to login to an rdp and such easy stuff so he will 100% tell u to login using google and put a new phone number we don't know our costumers identities and what they know and what they don't

3) being offline or not being active doesn't mean he's ghosting you we have more than 300 tickets in our server he can't be serving all of this ammount of people in a short period of being online 

4) these aren't excuses this is real shit,he could be sick,have problems,or any typo thing everyone has patience except for you u just went and filed a dispute which is 100% okay i'm just saying that being a bit more understanding and trying to wait a bit is good
