Sales Thread: PayPal Verified Accounts & PayPal Unblock (cracked.io)
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: PayPal Unblock - $40
Screenshots of Communication: Ticket deleted. Admins can DM me for the bank statement and ID he provided me with.
Additional Information: His "TOS" is if I fail no refund. Pretty scammy to not refund if you fail to deliver the service that you have "never failed"

Sorry for the lack of information on this case, but clearly he admits failing my service by telling me to read his TOS after -repping me https://imgur.com/1eZnjEz
(bro was mad I -repped him after failing a service?) 


 anyways mods check this out, I know due to the lack of information I provided its unlikely I can prove the fact that I got scammed, but I can show my locked PayPal account, info he gave me, and the countless rejection emails from PayPal.

Well, I'm very explicit in my service and I say in my terms that we don't refund unblock fails, I don't think there's anything else I can say, you know the risks nobody makes you buy, you only buy if you want, you know the risks are all explicit.

So I pay for a service, I don’t recieve service = scam

but ur little Discord TOS just suddenly makes scamming allowed

Whats stopping all services from just adding “no refunds” and then not delivering anything, your service ain’t special.
