The good thing about PCs is that you can upgrade them yourself i.e. installing a new graphics card to play the latest games which is not possible with consoles. The main reason for having a console is for playing console exclusive games such as Yakuza 0.

Definetly PC, you can set-up graphic settings, you can mod, you can work on it. "Console" 4 All things :)

PC is more flexible than other consoles. I prefer the PC. But if you happen to be rich, buy whatever you like.
