Nah, I was doing with adding images, videos with popular hashtags, added followers to look real, added post likes to look real and nothing, but I tried.
This is from my experience, maybe some people have better luck with instagram.

TikTok is popular and maybe better, you add 10K+ views on a video and 100+ likes on a video and it will get in recommended, I tried few months ago and it was working, I'll try TikTok again if I start promoting something.
