Chat is already spammy now sir, imagine how it would be if people earn even few credits for sending message, and also messaging is a thing i do when i want to communicate with others, i like it and i have fun so its not necessary to get credits for doing it, a good suggestion would be to put back the old daily credits function where you get credits for posting a certain amounts of thread every day

But i think it will need a system or a bot that will maintenance the sb like if that bot see the same Member sending 20 chats per Minute it will ban him 30Minutes if more 1H or soo
Otherwise  is good suggestion if spam is prevented on any way
