Scammers Profile Link: https://cracked.io/IlILegendaryIlI
Sales Thread: https://cracked.io/Thread-Sellix-%E2%9C%...8%EF%B8%8F
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 29.99$ plus $1500 that was lost because of @IlILegendaryIlI suggesting us to use a scamming website.
Screenshots of Communication: I will attach them below.
Additional Information:

I absolutely hate scam reports (making or receiving one) but I am making this report because @IlILegendaryIlI has been spreading false accusations and lies about me and has been misinforming his customers about everything and I am sick of the "Stupid faggot bitch hope you die" DMs that I have been receiving. TLDR of this report at the end.

Obligatory tag to everyone who is involved directly/indirectly or who believed in the accusations made about me leaking the script and have negative repped me
@RoyalExchange @Kalvin1134 @GoViral @MelloX @ddosix2021 @H4unt @Bluexghost @Spenza

  • I would start with clarification to the question/concern regarding if I did leak the script and if so, why - no, I did NOT leak the script. The script was not shared with anyone whatsoever including my friends. The script never left my private RDP that absolutely no one has access to except me. What I did was indeed tell my friends (who are not on this forum or any other hacking/cracking related forums who I have known from Chegg bot days and are mostly just freshly graduated/current students or people who just got a job and who are never going to bother surfing these forums) about an opportunity to make some good money - all they need to do is sign up at SatoshiHill.com, preferably use my referral code (or not, if they do not want to), deposit some crypto in their account, ENABLE 2FA on their account so that I cannot touch their funds in any way, and I will host a cool script that I bought from someone on a forum I am a part of and help them make money. So my six-seven friends agreed to this proposal and deposited some money into their respective accounts and gave me access to their own accounts and I hosted the script on their accounts. And hence, the script was NOT leaked in any way. And calling this as a leak/unfair usage is as ridiculous as me investing USD 12,000 on that website with this script being called "unfair and cause of script to PaTcH"
  • The next point is the one that some other people already pointed out - even if the script is leaked by me or by anyone else and is made public, the way these "crash" games (aka Bustabit v1 source code based websites) work is, they are provably fair and so the house cannot determine or change the point at which the multiplier (aka bust) crashes. The game is provably fair, the house has a 1% edge, and even if 100% of players use some script to play on the website, the bust would still function as intended unless the website makes some changes overnight and changes the backend code and modify the house edge like in V2 of bustabit. And so the script cannot simply get patched by getting leaked. This script is sort of an adaption of the Martingale Strategy (AKA Go Broke Fast Strategy) which is what led to most people losing their investment. I am indeed quite sorry for your loss, and I do understand your frustration caused due to you losing your hard-earned money. The only reason he is (still) claiming that I am responsible for the losses is because he's too scared to admit that it was his own fault for not explaining the risks of the bot properly. And since he found a way to pin the blame on me by spreading false rumors that I leaked the bot so as to avoid liability on himself for all of your losses, he's just going ahead and doing so.
  • I did message a few people who I know bought this script including @Bluexghost out of my goodwill to warn them about the website so that they don't potentially lose their money. I met @Bluexghost on the website's chatroom where he was lost and interacting with bots. The website has tons of chatbots (and  @Bluexghost can vouch for that) that make the chat look super active who look like real human beings. And that was one of my first red flags towards the website, along with its obviously fake Trustpilot and Bitcointalks review and the people who left a bad review being marked as "fake review from competitors".
  • No, I did not try selling this bot on nto. My ONLY profile on n.to is uid:2557558 (ancientbanana) and I am making more than enough money already to be able to buy legitimately buy the whole project/get a new one developed instead LMFAO. I do consent to @Lucas checking my IP logs and comparing them with that person who did try selling the script or doing anything else that he needs to.
Please feel free to look up how the "provably fair" system works. SH is basically the unlicensed version 1 source code of Bustabit that was public at some point. Proof: https://www.bustabit.com/license.txt

Coming back to the main reason for this scam report. @IlILegendaryIlI falsely/misleadingly advertised on his sales thread by calling this "trading" and not gambling. As a proof, in my initial feedback about this method, I did mention a little bit about gambling (can be confirmed by admins after checking my edit log), but he asked me to remove the term "gambling" because:
"can u edit at the part of the gamblingso u dont give a lot of infoi tell anyone personally as ppl judge there a lot "
this is what he sent, and he has deleted that part from our discord chat so as to cover his ass lmao. Fortunately, I exported this chat as soon as I felt something is about to go wrong. Proofs:

[Image: a8c561b16a23cbf93e2c190dd3f2780e.png]^ exported chat (and from this point onwards, since he is manipulating with our chats, I am just going to attach screenshots from the exported chat)

Afterwards, I checked the reviews of this website on trustpilot, there were complaints about SH adding 2FA to their high bankroll customers or disabling their account for no reason. He convinced me by saying that such bad reviews are fake and even websites like bustabit have bad reviews. And I explained to him that I don't care about bad reviews, I am more worried about "fake good reviews" that are being left by their users on the website since apparently they were a running a promotion where each positive review got some 50 bits or so on the website. This fact can be looked up on bitcointalks, where you would find more fake good reviews too from different newly registered BT users. And so I told him that I felt uncomfortable with this website and that I would rather work with bustabit or some other more trustworthy website than this sketchy one. Oh, and he also told me this hilariously kekw:
"no , there is no way to get block for the bot "
Our first disagreement occurred on 14-Feb-22 07:42 AM (GMT+8). I created a withdrawal request on the website to withdraw my money. The withdrawals are supposed to be instant, and so I used an address that expires in 30 minutes (if no transaction appears on the blockchain by then) because I did not think that I would have to worry about transaction getting delayed, since withdrawal would be instant (and it was indeed instant for me last time I tried it). When I told Legendary about this incident, he turned the blame on me and said that it's my fault that I tried to withdraw on an address that expires. And that since I did get my money AFTER 25 minutes of creating request with just 5 minutes in hand and me having to contact and flood the support with my tickets, I should be thankful, not act as a kid, and not create drama. Seriously WTF was that, he was blaming me for almost losing $1000 on a website that he recommended and vouched for.
And also when we saw that the chat was full of "bots" pretending to be humans (https://gyazo.com/95c1339347b69934f8a0c8ca4bd008ce) I became pretty sure that the website is a scam, and as soon as I mentioned this on the website chat, all of a sudden people who were earlier being bot got defensive, started calling me things like "broke man" and attacking me. It was pretty obvious at that point that it was the website support using alt accounts to call the website to be good and nice so that real customers don't run away, haha

And so, Legendary at some point finally made a logical point - he made the bot, bot does function as intended, and so it would be unfair if I blame his bot for bad experience with the website. However, my request which can be seen above was quite reasonable in my honest opinion - I just wanted him to open his thread (which he keeps on closing so as to avoid any feedback changes/"information being leaked to public" so that I can update my vouch which I felt was misleading and I couldn't feel okay if someone fell for this scam website because of my positive feedback, and so I just wanted to at least add that they should use a permanent bitcoin address during withdrawal so as to avoid losing funds like I almost did. He denied it and said that I am not allowed to leak anything publicly. So well, whatever. I requested him to at least port this script/bot to something like bustabit or stake's crash game or something else that's at least reputable where I would not have to worry about losing my money because of the website being sketchy. I even offered him money for that but he felt offended by it somehow and told me that he thinks of me as a friend, and that I am being disrespectful. He did later ask me to choose between stake or bustabit, so props to him for that.

Anyway, fast forward to last night, I thought about what he said and felt that maybe SH is not so bad after all, and so another friend messaged me and asked me to help him with setting up the script on his account on my RDP. And so I asked him to make and share the credentials to his account with me with 2fa enabled on a discord call so that he can be sure that I am just going to login to his account once and then not touch his funds (so that he can't later claim that I stole his money and I do not want any liability for that either). But then, a few hours later, once the transaction was confirmed on his account, he noticed that his account was marked as "banned" by that website. And so was my own account. He used my referral link for signing up, and the website banned him as soon as the transaction of $1,500 was confirmed, and the reason was listed as multi-accounting - sending referral % profits to yourself. And that's when I realized that this is how the website scam works. FORTUNATELY, my other friends and I discussed a few hours ago upon seeing those chatbots that the website is way too sketchy and it's not worth leaving money on that website. And so I asked them all to cash out their money, but unfortunately, after talking to Legendary I changed my mind and gave them the green light again and my new friend got caught in the crossfire and had his account banned. I asked him to contact the support and tell them that he does not even know me personally and that he just met me at a discord server and so he is not somehow a multi-account of me. And so if they do want to ban him, at least they should give him his deposit back. The support replied with DENIED and linked him to ToS and still claimed that he was multi-accounting and sending profit % to himself. And they also banned me because I made 5000 or so in profits from my referrals of friends and so they probably did not like that either. So anyway, the website scammed 1.5k from us (I say us because I am going to pay that friend out of my own pocket for vouching for this website and he trusted me, the same way I trusted Legendary) and my wording is what Legendary is struck on where I said that I lost $1500, he fails to realize that for me when my friend loses money because of trusting me, it sucks for me more than it would if I lose my own money.

Thank you so much if you read up to here. For the sake of privacy, I did not share the entire chat on this scam report/deal dispute. But if needed, I am more than happy to share them with any admins, as requested. I already have sent a copy of our chat to @Lucas

TLDR:
  1. Misleading advertisement - calling this trading instead of gambling and not explaining the risks properly
  2. Recommending a clearly scamming website with dozens of fake positive reviews
  3. Unfair sales practices like not letting customers post real feedback
  4. Bad after-sales support
  5. Responsible for a monetary loss of $1500

One of my DM chats with my friends who allowed me to share it over here - I asked them to send me their account credentials so that I can host the script on my own RDP that I bought specifically for this on February 12, 2022, at 10:48 AM (GMT +8). If I shared the script, they won't be sharing their account with me.

this is the bot I was talking about sharing with whoever contacted me: https://pastebin.com/MdwQWfw0  + change amount it multiplies on loss (it does *7 lol)
feel free to check the code and compare to Legendary's bot, I don't have it

anyone with a brain could repeat Legendary's bot' bet functions after seeing how many people are botting on the website and checking their profile
although I haven't seen any proof that anyone leaked his bot, at all

+ no one contacted me // no one wants a bustabit v1 bot that they can google to find, they know all about them Smart
+ just saying it again, check the pastebin and compare the code, it's not even closely related to what legendary's bot does (which I replicated later and kept for myself)
+ if the admins or owners started manipulating house edge or busts then it's just more proof that the website is a scam, so you're still proving AncientBanana's point
+ (repeating my point) they could've just looked at any of the botters' history and understand how it works LOL, requires editing/adding 5~10 lines from any public bustabit v1 script
+ and if anyone talked to SH admins, it was one of people that got Legendary's bot, I asked people on SH if there's a social media or discord server and got no replies, where tf would I leak anything?

it's on legendary if a 8 loss streak happens and he made everyone only safe against 7 loss streak + didn't say it could happen
instead he made it seem like it was seemingly almost impossible to happen
(hey he ran it for 7+ days - and guess what, he was safe for the 8 loss streak because of his huge bankroll, then lost it all on a 9 loss streak lol)

I've already posted on another thread that 9 and 10 and EVEN 11 loss streaks under 1.49 have happened, I'm not going to repost it here:
https://cracked.io/Thread-Scam-report-ag...id17788845
check the spoiler

go on the website and use the command yourself, my guess is that legendary did not implement any security measure, probably didn't even tell you guys that you need a huge bankroll to NOT lose with 8~10 loss streaks Hackerman

the "someone leaked it"//"someone told admins" excuse he's trying to use is weak and 0 proof provided so far, SH admins knew people were botting even before people chatted on it, autobet is a thing for you to use, custom autobet is allowed lol
you're not using some custom extension or javascript exploit bot, idk why he's acting like it's a SaaS business when it's just custom bustabit v1 script that busted, this was meant to happen sooner or later, at least it didn't last longer so even more people lost money

@Liars   where do i have to send him the  Refund or product , While he has not shared a BTC address
Even that i think he dont  deserve a refund as he has broke my TOS of the bot , by Leaking it , and abusing with it , using for his freinds
so by running  the same bot  we all fucked up on one point
Seems like i  just didn't test enough a strategy before selling it.

P.S
You you said that u got banned for abusing the ref link to profit wish abuse ,  you cant get banned for using a bot , as you dont get banned on BaB for using bot

Proof of  LEAKING the bot , without my permission

Please consider learning to read, it's already been stated and proved that the bot was not leaked, you are just mad cuz you were caught lying and blaming things on me :)
