Additional Information: He was suppose to give me updates on Revolut again and then I would have paid him rest. He is no longer replying me and is perhaps ignoring as he did came online on discord and multiple times here so bank this fucker already. 
Crypto address for a refund: Don't think he intended but if he do, can provide.

If the screenshot provided by the seller is authentic; I do not understand your problem.

It would appear as though the seller has done nothing other than try to refund you. All the while you reflect their proposals and make a claim stating you digress their willingness to do so when asked to provide an address to issue reimbursement to.

Provide an ltc address for the seller to reimburse you.
