So here's the story:
Day 1:
I purchased a IPHM enabled server from him (A server that allows spoofing).
We agreed that i could use it for purposes that are typically not allowed on these servers.
After i paid him it took 24 hours before delivery, What i got was a resold server from Hetzner.
Anyone that has experience with IPHM enabled servers knows for a fact that they do not allow spoofing or abuse of their servers.
Well, he told me he discussed it with hetzner and that it should be working which was honestly a blatant lie, hetzner is a big company and would never allow that.
Day 2:
After he did some testing himself indeed the server did not allow for IP spoofing so we agreed he would send me a new server within 24 hours.
You can allready guess it, after 24hours he was just ignoring me on telegram (what a surprise).
Day 3:
Still no replies
Day 4:
I started to put some pressure on him and he finally started replying.
He told me send your BTC address and i will refund you.
I told him, wait 2 hours till im home and i will send it.
I send him the BTC addy and all of a sudden he had changed his mind and was holding on to the money till now.

I will not lie, throughout this whole mess i was starting to get angry since from day 1 i allready knew he was scamming me.
So in the process of trying to get either my server or my refund i got angry and posted some of his information which i shouldn't have done.
I looked into him a little bit and found out he has 5 accounts on a competing forum and 4 of them are banned for scamming and other reasons.

You gave me a hetzner server and you told me you discussed with them to enable IPHM.
This is a straight up lie, show me the logs where you discussed this with hetzner.
They are one of the biggest hosting companies and are known to not allow abuse and enable IPHM.
After this you told me within 24hours you will get a new server, you ignored me for 48 hours.
When i started putting some pressure on you that was the only time you started replying.
You told me you weren't available because of personal issues while i saw you browsing cracked 24/7.
Then you told me you would refund me and to send my BTC addy.
When i send it you decided you will "hold" the money instead because:
