Looked into a lot of different sites similar and these 2 are easily the best to receive some quick $$$.
Obviously, you're not gonna make some insane amount of money from this. Although, might as well make a few extra dollars in your free time right?
You can do things such as PTC's (View a website for a couple seconds), Short Links (Click through a couple link shorteners, takes 1-2 min), Surveys, +More!
I'm not one to do these sites, trust me, that's why I'm posting these sites as they are very quick and easy ways to make $$$.
TIP: Downloading apps on offerwalls will get you the MOST points the QUICKEST. I have received 300k+ Coins by downloading single apps, opening them for a couple mins, then deleting them.
