I have used their Netflix update service since January 3 this year, I have had many problems with the updates, at first everything was fine, but after 7-10 days, they needed to update again, before buying I told them that the Accounts should not have any location issues as my clients are older people who don't know how to use VPN, so they accepted that they had a method from Moviestar Latin America that would work perfectly.
Throughout these almost 3 months my accounts have been updated many times, and now I am doing this report because my accounts have not worked for 12 days, they always tell me soon, tomorrow, what is the update that we use with you? , tonight we will, etc. The truth is that each time they are going to be updated, the accounts only last a few days, and each time they take longer.
I want the partial return of the accounts, that is, I want them to charge me for these 3 months that I use but to return the months that I do not use.
I have requested a fix on many occasions but my patience has run out, I have noticed that even though I am waiting for them to update my accounts, they have been promoting Netflix updates, without even updating their current clients, which makes me assume that they only want sell, but do not maintain the accounts of their clients.

I see in your BONUSES that they keep updating (Netflix) for new customers, but I have no news for those of us who bought long ago.
