Additional Information: Summary, messaged him to buy a coinbase lvl 3 account. Payed with PayPal f n f. He claims that me sending my payment got his account limited. It has been 4 days and he still hasn't even sent proof to show that his account is limited so i cant even trust that statement. Anyways, he says that because I got his account limited he is not going to give me the product I payed for. He also said he wont refund. He has given me 3 cheaper accounts that still aren't what I paid for so I don't believe this dispute is solved. This because out of those 3, two of them don't even work, and regardless, they are unable to do what I originally paid for which costed a lot more money.

The last time I posted this report, you were already banned on this site due to you scamming another user that wasn’t me and I didn’t know. So I was basically posting a report for someone who was already banned. I see you are unbanned now and I still haven’t gotten justice so I repost it to ban you for what you did to me. All reports must’ve been solved otherwise they wouldn’t unban me. You refused to take refund from your bank which was sent to Liars and also I’ve provided accounts worth of $90. I can provide proof of the PayPal being limited and the money stuck in it too

Your account being limited is not my fault or my problem. I paid you 60 dollars for specific account. I still have not received it. You claim to have given me 90$ worth of accounts which makes no sense and is irrelevant, you did not give me what i paid for, and gave me 90$ worth of shit that I don’t need/want. Also two of the accounts literally do not work so don’t say you gave me 90$ worth of stuff. I paid my money for something specific so I could use it, and you gave me something completely useless. My report was never solved here because I never got to argue it with a mod, It was closed automatically because you were already banned. So this report could have never been actually solved as I never got to present it to the mods here.

Ok, if you want to be like this, fine. You sent money with your card meaning your bank can chargeback this payment, which you said you asked them to, but screenshots also show that you REFUSED this refund from your bank thinking I will "deliver the account anyway," well, I'm not.
