Additional Information: basically I seen this guy thread,added him and discuss to pay 9$ for 1k sms (he wanted first 100$ minimum upfront) then 
He added me on his website 500credits only (it takes 2 credits to send 1 sms) so I actually get 250sms for 9$ not what we agreed...further more the sms I sent is not even working xD

as the client used the service i am unable to refund the full amount, also the rep is fair as im rating you as a buyer same as you rated me as a seller

I have left the credits for goodadam on the panel, so when his ready to stop being difficult we can proceed to get him to start using the service as i told him the dev is working on a fix right now, once done he can still use the credits on the panel ontop of the refund i have given him. https://ibb.co/Vqy98L6

I never used the service all I did was to send 2 test sms (none received) and now you are telling me there is a problem? you had all the time to let me know theres a problem mate and you never told me theres a problem with the service !

i do not want to deal with you as you lied straight to my face and ignoring I want every penny of my money back

as i said we have already refunded you and cannot refund you the rest as you have already signed up and used the service as shown in the screenshot i told you there is a problem as proof so... 

also can still use the credits as given
