We agreed on a deal for 600 euros including:

We said we was going to start to work on his order as soon as possible, and it'll be ready once he woke up. But we didn't had on mind that our timezones were extremely different. When he was waking up, we was already sleeping. We usually answer tickets frequently & quickly, but today isn't the case as we had lot of things going on, that's why ha haven't got an answer from our side today on his ticket my partner (entrepreneur) contacted him after watching he was complaining on general chat, he has been conscient that his order has been delayed 12 hours than the accorded, and he even offered an compensation for the same reason (A compensation worth of $100+ USD) For just delaying 12 hours more than accorded. When he saw we were offering him an compensation for the delayed time (12 hours), he tried to abuse off it. Making the deal to be:
• Nitro Redeemer Lifetime Access
• Boost Bot Lifetime Access
• 400x Boosts ready to be delivered
• 300x Promotion Nitro Codes

He tried to abuse that we were offering him an compensation for just 12 hours delayed(when in our ToS on Sellix says that we can take from 1 to 2 business days to deliver the product(s) purchased.)

My partner (entrepreneur) also offered him to setup the whole service bought within 15 minutes (he was outside of his home, but since we delayed 12 hours, he was going to drive to his home just to deliver the products purchased to the customer.) Then the customer answered "I am not happy at all, im in bed rn, and you telling me you can setup now, You are a funny man.", but after 1 hour he has sent an screenshot of him on his pc making the scam report (You can clearly see there that all he was wanting was a refund, for delaying 12 hours, he wasn't able to get on pc when my partner offered him to drive to home to setup the whole service purchased, but he get into pc to make the scamreport.)

After he was looking that we wasn't accepting his offers as compensation (because he was asking too much as compensation for just 12 hours delayed), he started doing threats such as:

And we take the service with professionalism and we are able to recognize when an customer is applicable for an refund. But we personally don't think that is the case, as we already put on work on his package bought and it's ready to be delivered. And has been delayed 12 hours only, and we offered him an compensation for that. We do not usually give compensations for things like this one, because we have delayed 12 hours, but we offered him an compensation because he was saying he was going to open an scam report and we do not really want to have any scam reports opened against us. Even members of our discord server said him to accept because we was offer him a pretty good compensation just for being delayed 12 hours on his product.

We are able to give him everything what he bought without any issue. But at this time we aren't able to offer him any compensation because we were offering him a really good compensation because we wasn't trying to get any scam report opened against us. But now that a scam report has been already opened, we are able to give him all what he paid for. We never refused to provide him what he paid for. (My partner was even able to drive to his home just to setup everything, but he refused saying "i am on bed now".)

In all the provided proof you can see that the customer just was trying to get free extra stuff from us, and he wasn't able to, so he opened a scam report against us to get his money back. But a refund is not applicable on this case as we have just delayed 12 hours.

We never tried to replace your order and we haven't tried to "bribe" you. We tried to compensate the 12 hours delayed ADDING more products for FREE. Once you noticed that we were able to give you a compensation for that, you tried to abuse off it asking for way much more than accorded, and we haven't accepted. Yes, we have different time zones and we also have a life in real-life. That's why your order has been delayed 12-hours, when you woke up we was already sleeping. Keep in mind that my partner wasn't on his home and he offered to you to get your bot set up in 15 minutes and he was able to drive to his home JUST to setup your products bought, you answered him saying "You're so funny man, i am already in bed, i can't get pc", but you was able to get in pc 2 hours later (much later than when my partner offered you to setup everything and you told him you were in bed and couldn't do it.) Obviously you're just trying to get free stuff from us, but since you didn't get it you're asking for a refund.

You paid for your product, you will receive your product. I don’t know what was the point of making this useless report when our TOS clearly states that products can take up to 24-48 hours to be delivered.

We got banned from nulled.to because of no response in the provided time. But we are already talking with Lucas (nulled.to staff that banned us) on discord about the report. He said the customer should accept the compensation offered by us if we are able to deliver the product right now, and since his product bought was already done 3 hours after his payment has been made, we are able to provide the product bought right now. We are just waiting for the customer response because he is ignoring us at this moment.
