While in EU they dont steal it that often (but are still stealing sometimes which is against any EU Banking laws existing, also in EU theyre only allowed to hold your money for 30 Days and not 180 Days)

So basicly PayPal acts above the law

Their new user agreement states the following:

its very clear they want to avoid such lawsuits in the future since they wont win this case in any way possible

just watch their share dropped from about 310$ to 80$ since this ongoing lawsuit in just 6 months

also alot of alternatives such as Stripe,Wire,Payoneer are getting bigger and bigger which in the long run will paypal force to take steps back

yep the best would be when everyone only uses crypto or other payment methods
