Additional Information: I purchased this 1-2 months ago and I have been crying every day for support from the seller of this method but he never gave me any support and he rarely replies to me and takes about 2-5 days in average to reply to me for a simple question on his DMs.

Then after a bit he closed my ticket and refused to give me any support for no reason at all, just because my timezone is different and he couldn't even answer any of my support questions then he asked me for a video which I sent to him in the ticket, but he closed the ticket and removed me from the server.

Reason for banning him: He removed me without staff consent off the server I paid $150 to participate in for no reason at all.
-He refuses to provide me support and ignores me for days
-It has been over 1-2 months since I purchased this and now after 2 month he removes and bans me off the Discord server because his service stopped working.
-The method stopped working a few days ago and this is probably why he's randomly banning inactive buyers.
-Even after other buyers confirming that the method doesn't work anymore he literally told me "I want to fight you" as shown in the screenshots because he literally wants to manipulate his way out of the dispute to keep my money that I paid for.

Reason this guy got banned is being disrespectful and toxic i couldnt stand his behavior.
1. We never said we give refund
2. I asked this dude to give us a video so we can see what is his problem cause he isnt explaning it well which he didnt gave so i couldnt assist.
As you can see we assisted him and he didnt replied after 7 days so i closed ticket.
Everyone who bought software could chat and they told him they can assist him cause of our diffrent time zones.
Now software is working but not quite good cause the app we are using to spam is Temporary Disabled we dont know when will it start again so i said that everyone should stop using it till they dont start it again.
Only customer that we banned is Dodger (This guy) for his disrespectful behavior !
Files + License is still in his posession.
All our customers from this forum can leave a comment or can be asked if they had trouble with our software

This reply is enough for the staff team to take an action he admitted to banning me for being "toxic" for not getting support for 2 months
If I you are selling a service on Cracked and I paid for it then it doesnt give you any right to ban me for being "toxic" you have to give me what I paid for.

I bought the guide about 2 months ago, and I have been making money since then, the software has worked very well and when I have needed BraticSHOP he has helped me with everything I have asked for, obviously he doesn't always respond within 5 minutes, you have to understand that we all have things to do, but he is a very kind and patient person.
If PharaohGC2 didn't work he should have talked in the premium chat that we have in discord, between all of us we would have helped him to make everything work correctly, I think the only thing he wants to do is to cheat BraticSHOP.
If he was removed from the server is because he was a very rude person, he treated BraticSHOP badly and the only thing he wanted was to get his money back, probably all this time he was making money with the guide and now he wants more money for a temporary problem.
Without a doubt he is a scammer and the one who should be banned is him.

Hi there, I'm the Developer for one of the softwares of Mr @BraticSHOP , So I feel obligated to come here to add some comments
We were trying to figure what was happening to the method since yesterday when it stopped working, not "several days ago", Since it was a surprise for every customer that it stopped working, It turned out that after some research and analysis, They only suspended the way we were doing it, and it is a temporary problem, not a permanent one, as I'm also coding/thinking some new innovations for the software to try to combat any new blocks they attempt to add
And this user that tried to open a dispute, did read my text and was still complaining about most of stuff, when all customers were understanding that it isn't our fault, and we are indeed waiting for the temporary issue to pass away, and verify if we need to change our softwares.
Furthermore, he says he haven't been given help, well, me and @BraticSHOP were trying to provide help, but it was easier with a video of what he was trying to do wrong, but it seems that he never delivered the video, so we couldn't provide any help.

With all of this, I think this is an unfaithful dispute, and it should be closed.
