Additional Information: At first, the rdp are working fine. Then, after a few days. I can't connect to the rdp. So I want to get a replacement. I chat him in the discord server ticket, but he doesnt respond. It's been 48 hours now.

I’m issuing refunds and replacements daily. If the user reporting didn’t get a refund may be delayed. All the refunds are calculated with the used days of the rdp. That’s why the delays are tedious.
