I came across his thread when I was looking to buy an early supporter discord account. I saw that he was well repped in the community and had a decent amount of likes so I decided to message his telegram that was listed as a way to contact him. On his telegram, i asked whether he had any in stock and he said he did. I also asked about the warranty and he said there was a 30 day warranty so I decided to purchase one account for $35. I paid using ltc and as soon as I sent him my transaction id, he removed all of our messages on telegram and stopped responding. At that moment, I went to his atshop (https://nueva.atshop.io/) and found his discord server from there. I have sent the imgur link of our chat logs on discord.
I think Sergiu really does own the telegram account and whenever he scams someone using that telegram and people contact him on discord, he says that it isn't his telegram anymore. I have to give props because its a very smart way to scam people. He does not admit to this however.
As you can see from the chat logs, he says that is not his telegram and that he has changed his name on telegram.
His story is that he really did change his telegram but for some reason did not update his threads where he was selling accs and continued to tell people to message him on an inaccurate telegram to buy these accounts. I told him that it was his responsibility, as a seller on Cracked, to change all his threads where he was selling a product and had included his telegram as a method of contact. Otherwise he is promoting misleading information and getting people scammed.
He then goes on to tell me that if I was "smart enough, I would check through his 200+ threads for a thread saying that I have an active imposter with that exact telegram user. The thing that doesn't add up to me is that he was aware of this and even made a thread about it but neglected to change the thread where he was advertising his products using that "active imposter telegram". In my opinion, to be aware that he is advertising an "imposters telegram" on his OWN threads, and not changing them to the correct one is equivalent to scamming his customers.
After I explained this to him, he started calling me a goof and said I was just trying to get money out of him.
Also I do not appreciate him calling me dumb especially since I did not get mad at all and was very respectable to him while messaging him on discord.
