- Find serial number on Ebay or somewhere else
- go to BOSE Support Page and check warranty till you found one that offers REPLACEMENT.
- Start the return
- FTID the shipping label that was shipped to your email
- Once FTID done, wait 2-3 weeks
- Call support mad or nicely whats is the status of your replacement as you have sent "yours" weeks ago. She will order your replacement next business day and will be in your's hand shortly after.
