Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 190$, 100€ "fixed tennis match" and 90$ bet on the 2 matchs

I bought the service to have matches arranged. The first time I paid 50€ for 1 match, it worked. Then I sent him 100€ for the next 2 matches. When the first match was lost, he said he would refund me, I sent him my litecoin address, but he never sent the money. I waited, because he said he was busy. He was responding less and less to messages. After the second game, which was also lost, he again did not respond and would not refund me. He is a scammer who made me lose a total of 190€ (199$).
