For everything I have proof !
1- They lied to me to buy their shit for $500
2- In the end I can't use it and they lie to me on Telegram
3- They remove my license because I explain to them with proof (from their own message) that they lied
It is thanks to this post that I learned about Spynote and their work. On their site it is mentioned $499/life but before buying I imperatively
want to know if it will suit my needs so I contact them via email.
They confirm to me several times that it is possible to control the entire screen of the phone.
I asked them if it was possible to see through private applications (which put a black screen in screen sharing like Netflix), they tell me it's in the $35,000 version.
Obviously I'm not going to pay $35K to see through a black screen, as long as I can control the phone remotely then that's ok for me.
I proceed the purchase and finally I'm speak with them via Telegram and I notice I cannot control the phone when the screen is locked (coincidentally?
).
I tell them that in their trailer video the phone unlocking itself and that it is normally I can do it too, they even confirmed it to me by email that all phone is controllable. Finally they want to force me to pay the 35K$ version
I tell them it's really disgusting to charge a customer and lie to them, they say their goal is not to sell to anyone from the internet :monkas:
But they tell me in mid-September they will make the more expensive version with the options that we want and that the price would be close to $699 (and more) so that reassures me and I tell myself that it doesn't matter, at worst I will buy again and in the meantime I will use their tool to understand how it works, etc. I even offered them between 2K$ and 3K$ to JUST have the function of manipulating the phone when it is locked. It's ridiculous and it should be included but they refused saying the money wasn't what they were interested in
.
I was disgusted that I had to pay for something that I couldn't use as I wanted because they lied to me but I trusted them again.
I come back to them as planned in the middle of September to know the progress of the new plans. They tell me that in the end it might not happen (so I waited for nothing and my $500 is lost) and that they don't want to sell their service to people they don't know (I summarize but basically that's it).
I explain to them without insulting (always with respect) that I'm going to explain that on Cracked because basically I knew Spynote thanks to Cracked.io and that I showed patience towards them and I find that looks like a scam.
Conclusion : They get angry because they haven't kept their promise and I prove to them with screens of the same conversation (1 month before) where they contradict each other.
They ban me from their service (I received an email) and the Telegram conversation was deleted. Bad luck for Spynote, I had time to download the whole conversation
.
I can send you the whole telegram conversation, they must be disgusted that I had time to download it
sorry for my shitty english
