Additional Information: Before purchasing, I asked him that how long will I have access to these, and he said it should be for a year. But now, he wants me to pay additional $20 to regain access. I told him that we hadn't agreed for any additional fees and I should get the full year, but he still wanted me to pay him $20. When I said I'll open a scam report, he edited our conversation from 3/14/2022 (the edit date and time are visible in the screen shot)

Hello everyone! 

So yeah, two days ago the account got reported, and as such everyone who had access unfortunately no longer had as per policy of Mega,
I had a backup, but will not be able to give him the link unless he pays a 20$ fee. (If the link dies within 7 days of purchase, I'll replace for free, if it's longer than that I'll require whomever bought to pay the fee if he wants access back).

This way I'll force whoever reported the old account to keep paying me so I can create/upgrade more mega accounts. 

Aside from this, when he bought it was made clear :
"1) Look, or should last a whole year without an issue as that's what I've paid on my mega acc"

SHOULD LAST being the key word here, it did not say WILL LAST as I don't predict the future.

Something to notice, he has had SEVERAL MONTHS to backup these files and he hasn't. S

Neither did it say "It WILL NOT last a year"
 
You certainly implied that it's going to last a year.

We can all keep twisting words in whatever way we want.
You cannot change your terms whenever you feel like doing it.

You're not the one putting the terms here.
And as it turns out, neither am I, as any seller TOS being enforced on cracked is to be void as Cracked staff sees fit.
You had several months here to backup data and that's a fact.
 
I'll let from now on the staff decide the outcome as I have nothing further to add.

Yes, I could have backed up the data during those months.
But since I knew I had a full year, so I decided to take my time.
I still have 8 months.
 
If one pays for Netflix for a year, and they take down their service after 4 months, they can't blame you for not watching everything during those 4 months.
