[WTB] Steam Inventory Script/Scanner - (Need a Coder/Willing to Pay!)

Hello, I'm looking for anyone who can create a Script or Tool that can scans through a steam inventory & badges and compare it to yours. 

Basically what this Script does it will scan through a bot/user Inventory and collect all the Appids for all the trading cards it has > then scan through all your badges that you have crafted and compare the Appids to let you know how many badges the bot has that you haven't crafted or Isn't level 5 badge and give you a totally amount. Hopefully that makes sense

You may ask why not just add the bot and check? Will because Steam has a limit if you add more than 30 users in one week you'll get a cooldown from adding anyone for 1 Week upto a 1 Month and If I had this script it eliminates that problem and makes life a lot easier to just scan through multiple bots without having to add them

If you can create this Script for me please let me know! Willing to pay for it
