Anyone has experience with amazon refunds? want to refund a 160 euro order, i was thinking of empty box as tigeh pdf says

keep in mind the weight of the item
Its oversize item so eb wont work, i will try to contact them and tell them item is deflective so i cant try to get refund or reeplacement.

Well, i went with item was broken, but they dont want to refund just give itg back, any idea or i just keep trying on chat?
