Just lost $8000 in the last 3 days, any advice?

Hey, so I just lost $8000 in the last 3 days, mostly by getting scammed (huge amount) + gambling (lost around $3k..)
Any advice on how to recover from this? This is quite a bit hit for me & it hit me at a really bad time in my life, exactly when I urgently need this kind of money.
I have only like few bucks left.
I can do refunding, graphic design & websites quite well.

UPDATE: from my last $6k i managed to gamble my way to $25k & sucessfully banned myself from playing! : )

Agreed, I've quit gambling for like 10 years, but came back to it now (bad decision)

Never waste big money on gambling, you can only lose, sometimes you can win, but that win will take you back to gamble more and there goes your money.

When you have that amount of money, invest in something that is GOOD, always check and do some research before doing anything.

You should learn from it. NEVER GAMBLE. once addicted you can't quit. It's just an illusion of you winning, in actual you'll always lose in long term cuz you couldn't quit after a win
