Hello! I have some questions regarding how you get the extra plus on some ranks.
Lets say that I decide to purchase the Supreme rank that I would like.
How do I get from supreme to Supreme+?
What's the difference?

I'm pretty sure theres no such thing as supreme+, i can access it with supreme.
