Additional Information: 
I paid for cashapp account on his shop. Upon the order completion, in the atshop email it said I need to contact him on telegram on  @FivioTOI have DMed him on telegram and its been over 24 hours and I haven't received any reply.

Crypto address for a refund: I don't want a refund if he provides me with a cashapp account. However If he cannot provide me with the account, i need a refund please. Thanks.

Idk why he didnt just get it settled yet, but im speaking on hes behalf cuz he didnt reply to me either cuz im trying to buy hes telegram bot. But he isnt a scammer, just wait like I dont want him to get overwhelmed or annoyed and exit because ik hes not a scammer

Then he could have mentioned that he's not available somewhere either on his page or shop so that people who need the accounts urgently buy elsewhere and not from his shop.
