Additional Information: First day I talked, He was like: Oh here are our group, We will advertise your item to 700+ Groups, I was suspicious because no way in the world he can get 700 groups, Still as much as I know other sellers, After I pay, They give me group list, This guy first was like: Oh yes yes he are transparent, After paying "Nah bro lmao, I ain;t giving you the list". after some arguement I was like: Hmmm, Ok, But I will open a scam report if I don't see any noticeable results (Which I am doing now, It's been 10 days, My Post's view just went from 28K to 30.6K, He said "Oh you can get up to 2.5K views) 
A BIG NOTE: Someone already is advertising to 100 groups in telegram, I assume he didn't do anything and it's just the result from the other seller/DM Advertiser

Please before using more advertisement services, be sure to make channels or messages to forward for each individual and NOT use the same one for that.
