Additional Information: 
In his telegram chat he made an announcement asking "Who wants to put in an offer for Letoa.me source ?", so I dmed him saying 2k he said no and asked for 3k so then we made a deal on $350 for only the Bot Source (of Letoa).
After talking a bit more he said he was getting it finished and he sent me his BTC (Bitcoin) Address, I was waiting for him to finish it and after a few minutes he was done, so I sent the money waited for confirmation and, he sent it to me right? No. he ended up ghosting me after I told him its copied etc

After inspecting the source code of what he has sent, he gave me stolen code taken from an open source bot of GitHub, which is forbidden in the rules: I quote "13 You aren't allowed to sell any services/products that are publicly available for free.".

After I told him he stole the code and sold me free shit he said "i got the letoa bot coded by another dev", "thinki", "so i got scammed", which is clearly wrong as he made it proof of development from him, this is the source code he sent me: https://imgur.com/6DRwvSt. Exactly the same seems to be, but if we compare it from the one on github: https://imgur.com/dSaynUi looks exactly the same even the comments, and another one: https://imgur.com/zo4cdXt, same shit.

I understand that this has been disputed, but it has been disputed for an unfair reasoning.

The backup function is yes public, but it is also known as a package, which is free to anyone. The code for the backup function was copied, and modified to suit the new features for Letoa such as "Member Roles + Nickname" backups / restore. Therefore, I see no reasoning for which a refund should be in place. Such as there was no scamming, he paid for the source code, he received the source code. 

The reasoning behind me "Ghosting", is that my telegram has been stuffing up recently due to my telegram phone number being generated from a website (juicysms.com), and someone logged into my account and I lost access to it. I have only today, just regained access to it.

Also in the c.to rules how you may not sell public available resources, lets take this into an example with other tools that use packages which are free and open-source ?? And that one function being opened source, does not apply to the entire discord bot source code.

Your feature "Member Roles + Nickname" is funny enough copied from the same source code on GitHub: https://github.com/Androz2091/discord-ba...ts#L33-L52, compare https://imgur.com/NPk2hvb, also kind of weird that you ghosted me right after I answered you within the same minute.

The cracked.io rules tell you explicitly tell you that you're NOT allowed to sell FREE tools such as tools/programs taken from GitHub which are free to download.

You also said to me that you got scammed by another dev right? So why didn't you tell me the source code is free to use on GitHub when we were talking?

I'd at least want a partial refund of $280

No refund is in reasoning.

The member backup / restore codes are completely different. Also as I have said many times, it is a package. The package is free to use with any projects. It was used in Letoa, but was modified to suit the needs for the application. 

The rules also do not state "you're NOT allowed to sell FREE tools such as tools/programs taken from GitHub which are free to download", it states: "You aren't allowed to sell any services/products that are publicly available for free.", completely different rules. 

The full source code for Letoa, is not on github. Also, those member backup / restore functions are completely different. The one from github, does not reference to any restoring neither does it have any use. The Member Roles + Nick function Letoa's Source Code is referenced and used to restore those roles, which is not publicly on the package discord-backup.

As I've also said, the package was locally downloaded to provide updates that discord-backup didn't provide the features we required, such as MongoDB support, and multiple other things.

Just restating, discord-backup is a npm.js package, which is free to use by anyone. Another package for an instance is requests for python. This is a free package on GitHub, and its being used in thousands of projects that are sold here on cracked.io. If the rule: "You aren't allowed to sell any services/products that are publicly available for free." doesn't apply to packages, this report makes it useless? As Letoa's Source Code (THE EXACT SOURCE) is not publicly available on GitHub.

You're just trying to lie you out of this and taking stuff out of context. Packages like "requests", "discord.py" etc. are generic tools to use in your programs.

As I have said, the backup function is a package my guy. Stop trying to say its not and that I copied it. I have full rights to download, AND modify the package. So no, I will not refund you. As I did not scam. You paid for the src, you got the source lmfao.

I paid for something that is publicly available on GitHub, which is against the rules. Even if it is a package you still downloaded it added it to a discord bot and gave it to me, which means the main functionality is free. So I want a refund or something that compensates this.
