Additional Information: This is literally so annoying. He replied after 10 days and gone again it's been two more days already. I tried to approach him via people in his groups and sent message in the group but no clue. I tried to cut him some slack but this is way out of my hands. If he's running a good business why not hire staff who can handle support requests... Got the expired account and I had to go through all of this nuisance. I just want to get a refund now and I'll never buy from him again until he improves his quality of service.
