Sorry for interrupting a case I am not involved in but this is an absolute bullshit of a report.

You are buying a product that can't be used because YOUR account is not free yet but you are seeking a refund from the seller?

From what I see dude was ready to deliver. No reason for a refund imo.

And also - TOS is not 100% necessary. With your logic you can get refunds from a lot of sellers on cracked.
