Screenshots of Communication: Will send to staff when requested.
Additional Information: Simply needed an PayPal account, I found his thread, there was 0 in stock on website so I joined the Telegram group where I found his contact. Now I contacted him, everything smooth, sent him $45 for the account. Then guy just cleared chat haha. No biggie, just don't want others to get scammed.
