Additional Information: Honestly not exactly a "scam" report as I respect Ping and have had some success with his services. However I loaded balance with the intention of taking advantage of the prepaid visa cards. There's not anything else worth using this kind of balance on the site unfortunately imo. Unfortunately the cards never seemed to work for me. Every POS service I attempted would be quickly locked or not accessible to me due to lack of a business. Because of the recent change in policy to only replace these after use on a POS service and my lack of access to one is why I'm requesting the refund of my balance as I cant take advantage of the cards without risking losing my money with no recourse. I talked to support and they said only ping can issue refunds of balance. When I reached out to ping he just responded with a gif...

Umm no sir. Idk if you read my post but I've tried multiple payment processors already and had them closed on me after trying these cards on them.... I've already burned through a Square, Stripe and Shopify lol. I also loaded the original $900 balance like a month and a half ago and have tried many methods but mostly to no avail including the payment processors: Amazon, Target, PayPal, GoGundMe to name a few. Obviously my goal was to double that money I deposited as fast as possible however you can see I clearly was not able to given that I've only been able to cycle through $150 of the original $900 balance loaded. I have been stuck in a constant merry go round cycle of needing cards replaced, waiting forever for support to replace them, them giving me balance instead due to low stock or dead stock, rinse and repeat for a month and a half and I'm just looking to get off of it at this point

Its also as I said. I loaded the balance and purchased the cards before you changed the policy to replace only if used on a POS machine. Just can't take that risk now given I've basically burned through them all now and I'll be damned if I'm gonna buy a 10K stripe just to be put back on the merry go round anyway. Its all in balance on my account. All I'm really asking is to wipe the balance and return the money to me. Dont see how that's a big deal

Umm no.... I do know how to use these. They do not work bro. I'm not just some idiot that don't know what he's doing. They will redeem on square if they are valid aged or not and out of all them cards only 6 worked on my square... It later got closed but if they were green they would have initially went through which they didn't. As for the 25x cards that was not "fresh" stock that was old right before you took it down hence why your own support replaced it. When they replaced 10 out of those 25 6 of those 10 worked and they gave me balance for the remainder.... I dont know where you getting $127.50 but I got $752.50 in balance and thats what I'm owed. I'm done playing these games. Tried to be nice but then you had to act like I dont know what I'm doing and that ain't the case. If you so confident they work try em yourself. They deader than disco bro. Why you think so many people having the same issues with these cards? Lol @Liars please mediate

If you don't believe what I'm saying check your own support messages @DataTouch. If you don't agree with their decision to give me balance back from those dead cards take it up with them. So is the point of balance to entrap people to deposit more money with no recourse to get it back? If I'm unhappy with the service I should be able to get my balance refunded back which is all I want

Well for starters giving me $127.50 instead of the $752.50 that I have tied up in your site is nowhere near "meeting in the middle." Secondly I have no interest in that given that your OWN support already verified I'm in the right and refunded me balance back to my account for those dead cards. This is no longer even an issue of disputing the cards as that has already been resolved by your own support team. This is just me simply saying I have no interest in the current offerings on your site and would like the money I currently have tied up there to be refunded to me i.e. the whole balance. Its pretty cut and dry man

Dude are you serious @DataTouch?! This dude really went in and took my balance away on his site. I retract what I said in the original post this now is a full blown SCAM report. I'm attaching screenshots of my balance with date stamps so yall can see what he did. I have not made ANY purchases on his site since opening this report obviously so no reason for my balance to change other than him being grimey/shady. I'm in shock honestly
