Additional Information: I purchased a VPS from Sn4ck via his website. I got the VPS 2 days later, then after 25 days i got a payment note to extend it. So i paid 17$ for the VPS but it was blocked. I opened a ticket to receive the vps i paid for and he started to delay me. One week later I started to message him on telegram. He sends me excuses ever since. Now he stopped replying. I am 100% sure this guy is scamming. In the chat logs there is written 16$ because i was not sure about the amount at first. But after checking my transfer history I have seen that it was 17$.
Crypto address for a refund: He got the btc address already. I prefer to not write it publicly.

In the screenshot you sent there is clearly the refund payment button visible. You clearly tried to hold my money as long as you could. Now tell me why you did that whole bullshit. I recommend everyone to deal with caution.
