Additional Information: i opened scam report against him before days (https://cracked.io/Thread-SCAMMED-BY-DAN...id23772656) , and he said he will up the proxy again , he up it for 2 day then its down and i keep message him and he not answer , he just waste time . 
i want him to refund the money because he just waste time and not have proxy more .

Had a rough time with my proxies as the server provider that was helping me host completely fucked me over....

User does not want to wait for his proxies even tho he is getting reimbursed in time + I did offer to refund him just not at the moment as I have no money
