Additional Information: I am creating this scam report because of this: https://i.imgur.com/Srftsy5.png https://i.imgur.com/lCuE5EG.png the issue could have been easily solved by simple communication. But @EastCoastBoxingecided to be an asshole. So, here we go.
On November 1st I used his FTID v3 service ( where he edits the label to change the shipping address to a different address which is in the same city and then he puts the label in a box and drop it off) and it was done successfully by him. The problem happened when I used his service for the second time. On November 4th, I used his FTID v3 service again, I paid him and gave the label. But this time what he did was edit the address to a complete different city, resulting in a failed SE.
I came to know about it on November 15th when I talk with the Bose customer support representative and he told me that we didn't receive your return and instead it was sent to Gap, Pennsylvania. it was suppose to go to Yuma, Arizona. ( both are different cities ) It was a mistake from @EastCoastBoxing side. Honestly I would just let it go ( come on its like just $10 and some of my time (12 days to be exact) ) but he needs to learn a very important lesson here which is behavior towards his customers. He could have just accepted his fault and move on in life. But he started being so rude and abusive towards me. So, now he needs to pay for it.
