Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 850$
Screenshots of Communication: Will be sent to the admin handling this. 
Additional Information: Bought users proxies on 4th of November. Worked for a few hours after which they totally went to shit. 300 cpm and lower. User keeps extending the time it will take him to fix the proxies. First by a week then 3 days then even more days.
At this points my checkers are running out and I do not have much more time left. So I would either like working proxies now or a refund. (I have nothing against the user/service I just cannot keep waiting forever)

The fact that the proxies do work, and still gets cpm on the tools that are used they are just slow as this wasn't discussed ontop of that is wasnt insured, I aswell have money on the line and im trying to resolve this issue as quick as possible, trying to push out what is needed. I have discussed with this customer already. I know that i am partial at fault but at the same tim i want these proxies up as much as you all do. As I have mentioned I have not scammed this user i have been giving regular updates and what not if i wanted to scam i wouldve blocked and cleared chats, but I dont want to do this since it is bad business and I dont wish this  upon any of my customers. 3 other customers have this issue as well but they do understand that im not 100% at fault and they are fine with compensation.

You have not provide substantial proof of it locking and even there is cpm given its not like the proxies just stay at a flat 0 cpm. But i said i would compensate and aslso just use the current proxies for the time being

Honestly i use this proxy for a while before my expiry date and it works just fine and faster that i even sent him screenshot to explain how fast it is.. i hope the issues get fixed but with me, all was fine and not even a fault..

With the proofs provided, please define how you can tell me its "shit" it works and everything its not like i gave you flat 0 cpm proxies and then blocked and left you guys. The dev would be updating some stuffs today to cater for everyones needs. As i said i will compsensate bro

Provide evidence that it works, record yourself using the proxies and upload it on youtube or streamable and dm me the video. Do so within 24 hours.
